1. What is The Littlest Club?

The Littlest Club offers curated sensory play products designed to spark creativity, encourage open-ended play, and add a little magic to everyday moments. Our jars contain handmade items and carefully selected components to inspire storytelling and sensory exploration.

2. Are your products safe for young children?

Our products contain small parts and are not recommended for children under 3 years of age. Adult supervision is required at all times. The Littlest Club is not responsible for improper use of our products.

3. What’s inside a sensory jar?

Each sensory jar includes a combination of handmade play dough, miniatures, and themed accessories. Product descriptions list the exact contents of each jar. Please note: slight variations may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.

 

4. How long does the play dough last?

Our play dough lasts 3-6 months, depending on use and storage. Keep it sealed in the provided container when not in use. If dough begins to dry, kneading with clean hands and our dough conditioner may help revive it.

5. My play dough feels dry or crusty — what should I do?

It’s completely normal for handmade dough to form a light crust when exposed to air. Simply knead the dough with clean hands for a minute or two — this usually restores its softness.

6. Is your play dough taste-safe?

Our dough is made with food-grade ingredients but is not intended for consumption. It contains salt and other non-edible quantities. Adult supervision is required at all times.

7. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the handmade, sensory nature of our products, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to help.

8. How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship from Florida within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll always provide tracking information.

9. Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

10. Can I request a custom jar?

Yes, with a minimum order quantity. Custom requests are considered based on availability and alignment with our creative direction. We reserve the right to decline requests that do not fit our aesthetic or product standards.

11. What if I have a problem with my order?

We want you to love your experience! Please email us at info@thelittlestclub.com within 3 days of delivery if there’s an issue with your order.
