All orders are packed with care from our home studio in Florida, USA.

Processing Time:

Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. During peak times or product launches, processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience.

Shipping Method:

We ship via USPS with tracking provided on all orders. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Estimated Delivery:

Florida orders: Typically arrive within 1-3 business days after shipping.
US orders (outside FL): Typically arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary based on USPS delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

Once your order leaves our hands, it’s in the care of USPS. We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages. For shipping concerns, please contact USPS directly.

International Shipping:

We currently ship within the United States only.
